Come and be rejuvenated, invigorated, and inspired to explore a heart-full path to creating more loving energy in your life. During our nurturing time together, you will be offered love-filled ways designed to bring you more energy and less stress. In the first hour we will explore 11 Ways to Choose (Radical) Love over Fear. We’ll also have activities and discussions aimed at increasing balance, peace, joy, pleasure, and love. During the second hour we will seal this experience into the body with a uniquely choreographed heart-centered dance designed to send love to every cell in the body.
